Our plants are carefully and professionally packaged to ensure they arrive healthy and intact. Each plant is wrapped in breathable wrapping paper that protects without causing excess moisture. We continually refine our packaging methods to provide the best possible protection during transit, and every order is handled with attention to detail and care. We strive to ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition, but occasionally things don't go as planned. If your plants arrive damaged or broken, please contact us. Include your order number and pictures of the damage. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will promptly review your concern. Depending on the situation, we may offer care instructions, a refund, or a replacement.
Yes, they will be. We send out our plants with their scientific name and a label tag.
Yes, we offer shipping year-round, including during the winter months. Our packaging process is carefully designed to provide protection for your cacti and succulents during transit, regardless of seasonal conditions. We are committed to ensuring your plants arrive in excellent condition throughout the year.
All plants that are planted in a 70mm, 100mm or 165mm pot, and will be sent out in their pot. If you order bare rooted plants no soil or pot is applicable.
No, sorry about that. But we choose these plants based on availability.
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, we begin processing and preparing your plants for shipment, and cancellations may no longer be possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
