Standard Processing and Shipping Timelines
We ship Monday-Friday. Please allow us 1 to 2 business days to prepare and ship your order. You will receive a notification email with your shipping information after the order is fulfilled.
If you need to modify your order, please reach out to us right away. We process orders promptly, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days once your order is in transit. Express shipping usually takes 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can use this information to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
Currently, we only ship plants within Australia (excluding WA, TAS, NT due to quarantine regulations). We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!
Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your specified address.
Returns and Replacements
We ensure that your plants arrive in perfect condition. If they don't, we’ll replace them for free under our 30-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a new shipment. We’ll ask for photos to verify the damage and help us refine our packaging.
